MOH Ottawa PCOM vs PTAC

Hearing a lot of radio checks and even calls on PCOM lately but I'm puzzled as to why not use PTAC instead since it's still online?

Also finding ORNGE traffic on 413.6875 to be quite interesting...

Could be some of the new radio roll out - we were doing a LOT of that in this region while they were installing the new ones.

I have heard them ask units to switch over to test a bunch as well.
