Monitoring Cumberland/Powhatan

I'm going on a trip next month to that area. Any suggestion an how to monitor this area, or is all their traffic on STARS?

I think that both are pretty up to date in the database. They would be good candidate for STARS, but neither are on the system. Powhatan has a VHF repeater system, and Cumberland is low band simplex.

What kind of radio do you have? I probably have a PRO-96 file that would suit you.

Thanks for the response. I'm using a pro-97, I don't guess there's a way to convert over to win97.
