XPR Motorola XPR6550 Firmware

I need some help with my my Motorola XPR6550. I have it programmed for DMR here in Western NC. It will transmit fine but it will
not pass audio on receive. I get a received signal just no audio. I have a Motorola XPR7550 programmed the same way and it
receives the same repeater and talk groups just fine. The Firmware Version on the XPR6550 is R01.05.00, I think that the XPR6550 is
in need of a Firmware Update, but I can not locate any Firmware... Asking for some help in locating the current Firmware, I have
Motorola Solutions account and cant locate anything on there web site... Thanks for any help!

Most Current Firmware Version 1.12.17.

Yes you need 1.06 to be able to bump to the 1.12.17

Motorola Support the same place you bought your Motorola Software.

myview should have mototrbo firmware on it

the 1.06 old firmware is not available on myview. Support wont release the old firmware. Will need to find from alternate sources. google etc..

It wasn’t available unless you complained about the squealing the 1.12.17 offered. A few years ago I got it from the old P25.Ca site.

I and a few others got this from Motorola directly, and shared it on our site. Since then it has spread. It is the last version for Gen I portables. You should be good to go with that version.
