I was reading an instruction video and how to use mmsstv, they refered to U.S.A. hams use this narrow mode on 30...10.132...
and on 40 ....7077 anyone ever use the 40 mtr frequency fo sstv...not much activity on it except some Spanish off/on and a fishing boat.....

You might be better off asking this question in a SSTV related Yahoo group. This is such a specialized side of the hobby, that someplace like that is far more likely to have folks that would know the answer to that question...73 Mike

[edit] I see there's a Southern Indiana SSTV net Thursdays 8pm on 146.49 . Do a generic search on the Yahoo groups home page and you'll come up with almost 70 different SSTV related sites. Do some homework!

I belong to the yahoo group, was just curious about the 40 mtr band, although the activity on 30 is very slow also. Two meters in Southern Indiana is none, except the net North of us 45 miles, although never heard them. I even have a repeater for 2 mtr sstv <one not used>, and no takers...I wonder what happen to the class of lets try something different....who knows.
