To scanner users those newsletters are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Also it's from the beginning of July so it's a little outdated by now.

But this is the most recent issue. It comes out quarterly-ish.

I guess it's all in how you use the info, but I find a lot of that very useful to even the scanner user. And 2 month old news is not what I would call outdated, not in this subject anyway.

Well I have a big list of unidentified talkgroups. Does it identify them? NO, therefore its completely useless.

I guess it really isn't written for scanner users now is it? But, It is interesting to many of the people on this forum..
