msp troops s and i

while listing to these two talk groups now and again I can only hear one side of the conversation which is dispatch only this is on the 800 system,how come?

This happens because some of the troopers still use low band radio's. Dispatch is actually simulcast on both 39.96(Easton) and on both Dorchester and the Upper Shore system. Same goes for the S barrack, but I don't know their lowband frequency. If you have any other questions or need more information feel free to PM me and I will see if I can help you out.
