Mulltiple Towers

When putting in frequencies for mutiple MPSCS towers....CC & Alt frequencies, is it necessary to put a VHF frequency in between the different tower frequencies. I thought I saw some where this should be done but can't remember for sure.


I have about four towers programmed in the same bank but did not put in VHF frequencies.

Assuming you're talking about the PRO-96, placing an FM mode frequency between sites will force the radio to check all sites it can hear on each pass. It's not a requirement that the FM frequencies be there unless this is what you want.
