My 396t

I don't know what to do. I think that I am going to have to send my 396 back to Uniden for a replacement.

I just received a replacement data cable and I still cannot get the scanner to talk to my pc and/or vice-versa. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have changed all baud rates and my device manager says I am connected to Com1. I am connecting directly to the serial port.

Are there any other COM ports listed? Try others...
