I'm right now listening to 858.9875 (which I normally hear Hwy 50 CalTrans traffic) and I'm getting Bob Hope stand-up routines and 40's music along with commercials from that era. What is this?

That's weird, I'm hearing the same stuff. Sounds like an old recording of NBC...
They have Who's on First? by Abbott and Costello playing on there now.

Sounds like they might be doing a test of the system. When we were getting our new system up the were playing Blackhawk Down on one of the channels all the time.
