What frequency? That's usually more important than NAC, PL, etc.
If it happens to be a voice channel on a trunked system the NAC will not be as important and not an agency wide one.

Part of the fun in this hobby is taking the time to listen, map out RIDs, look for related activities. From experience, the more you ask "who this belongs too" the fewer responses you get. There are TGs & RIDs, I've been watching for years in my area.

Nice to see/hear they are in the CLEAR.

No FBoP near me , other than Devens and never enough time to listen to figure out if ENC or CLR
Nice intel to know for Danbury

So far all the FBOP facilities I've monitored have been in the clear, not to say some aren't

ok I won,t ask anymore!! Marcy

Ask the questions !!!! If a person doesn't want to see your posts they can set you to ignore. There will be times though where people don't know the answers 😀

As @wsmoore said, ask the questions, my point was not that you shouldn't ask but rather with a little leg work and use of the search feature in RR and the forums many of the answers can be found, that is part of the fun of this hobby, learning and discovering. Then, if you run into a dead end ask the questions.

For example, a search of that frequency in RR would have pulled up a list of Federal Prisons and it would have given you another avenue to look at other than CAP. Learning how the searches work will help you to discover new things all the time.

Meanwhile, if you can find the rest of the info on the system, and verify it is P25 & Danbury, perhaps you can submit the change to the database as Danbury is still listed as Motorola Type II. Many FBOP facilities are changing from Type II to P25, looks like you found another one. Great catch.

Click on the actual Site/Zone

Some trunks that have multiple Sites/Zones usually have a different NAC per Zone/Site
ie:
if you click on Site/Zones 2 and 3 you will see the different NAC per Site/Zone as Reported - not always are they reported/submitted
where does it say N391?? I could not find it?? Marcy

My mistake was when I first copied that freq. I put in 407.050 in database
just under NY and there was zero ....thats what happened!...Marcy

a Hint, in my experience I've always searched anything using the last 4 or if needed 5 characters of the frequency

I've had too many false hits in searches using less, but that said, if searching the email threads YMMV depending on how
someone entered it in the subject line and/or thread itself.
