NAC Codes

I just want to confirm this. In the scanner database, I have looked at three different counties in Alabama that have Astro digital frequencies with NAC addresses shown. Are these NAC addresses listed in HEX or DECIMAL? Some are telling me they are shown as HEX, but it's unusual that all of the addresses Ive seen thus far in the database are numeric-only. Since the listing doesn't specify whether its hex or decimal (I'm used to seeing the dollar character in front of any hex value), they appear to be decimal representations. Can someone advise? HEX or DECIMAL?

You were already advised by me, a long time database administrator who knows what he is talking about, that they are in HEX format. There is no debate to be had, and no reason for you to start another thread.
