Nashville Area Med Flights

What ATC frequencies are they usually using to fly in and out of Nashville to the hospitals? I know they use 122.975 for Vanderbuilt area but going in and flying out anything else worth putting in? Or do they fly VFR on 1122.8?

Very similar question/situation just to the east of Nashville - does anyone know the frequencies that could be monitored for helimed flights going to Cookeville Regional Medical Center (TN31)? I have seen Air Evac, Erlanger LifeForce, UT LifeStar, and Vanderbilt LifeFlight (along with some others, namely PHI) fly in to Cookeville Regional (CRMC). I have looked into the FAA Airport / Facility Directory and the TDOT Airport Directory with no luck. Anyone heard what frequency the helos use to communicate with the hospital?

For clarity are you looking for aviation frequencies or PS frequencies?

A good place to start is 155.205 155.340 and the other medical hear frequencies.
