I have been looking at tge states nhhsem website relating to ares communications plans as well as the ares websites and saw nbems used and a just wondering what it stands for? Is this used by the state Eoc?

That kind of makes sense, I didn’t see the h, but doing it bureauof emergency management makes sense.
