I purchased a Uniden BCD325 P25 with DMR key for a gift and trying to program. It is for my elderly Mothet and all she wants to listen to is the local law enforcement, fire, and EMS. I have the simple instructions from Uniden that I can follow but I am not sure if I should use conventional, P25 standard trunk, Dec/TGID or P25 one drew trunk. I live in Putnam County Tn. Help!!!

Strongly recommended to invest in a Radioreference premium subscription so you can use programming software (ARC-XT, Freescan or my recommendation: Proscan) to program what you need. Much much easier to use software versus programming by hand.

After you purchase the key you need to enter said key into the scanner to activate DMR so the DMR/MotoTRBO menu options can appear. See video here for guidance. Although it features an SDS100 the process should be the same for a BCD325p2
