Need help decoding an unknown data transmission...

Hi guys, I'm getting a really strong signal on my scanner that sounds like FAX but I can't seem to decode it. If I host/post an MP3 recording would anyone here be willing to help figure out what it is?

Probably someone could - but even better would be to post the frequency and other stuff in your state's forum. Much more likely to get a faster ID that way
