Need help for little compton police

I have a BC235XLT Trunktracker i need help trying to get the police prog. on this scanner .I pushed TRUNK and entered 868.8750 under sys. freq. and it will search , and nothing happens, the scanner works on reg. freq. but i have never trunked before, and need help. Thanks.

You will not be able to receive Little Compton PD on that scanner. The BC235XLT is not a digital 9600baud scanner of which is required to receive the RISCON network that the Little Compton police are now utilizing. I would suggest you upgrade to the BC396XT or BC396T digital 9600 baud scanner.
