Need help identifying General Motors location

General Motors has a nationwide DMR radio system, network ID 395, that is used at a lot of their facilities.

I'm receiving 395 Site 24, Color Code 1, 936.1375Mhz, in Indiana. According to an FCC license search, this could be a GM facility in Lansing, MI, or a GM facility in Saginaw, MI. I'm hoping someone closer to either of those facilities can confirm or deny which facility Site 24 is.

I found this facility. It's the Marion, IN GM Stamping Plant operating on a canceled license, WQTQ882.

Since the license was canceled it didn't come up when searching frequencies for location/license callsign. I found the canceled license when searching an FRN.
