need help / springfield area

i just moved to springfield area and need a little help with frequiencies and loading trunked channels. i am not new to scanning but never had to deal with this part off the hobby. if you can help id appreciate it.i am using a gre 6000 with butel arc software and a uniden bcd996t. it also has software but for some reason swapping over to a new pc with windows 7 not got it lined out to read it or send data to it. thanks
