Need help with weather radio

Hi, I purchased a Radio Shack SAME weather alert radio with Public Alert and Sky Warn. I cannot find any Skywarn frequencies to program into my radio. Does anyone know what they are for the Nashville/Williamson county area? Additonaly, it scans the 7 NOAA weather channels and does not stop. It says in the manual it will need an external antenna if this occurs. It is hard to beleive I can't pick up one channel in this metro area. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
