Need info on Charlevoix County PD&FD #'s

Need info on Charlevoix County PD&FD #'s since i have a scanner feed that covers this area i can not find any info on PD and FD unit and station #'s any info will help thanks.

I live in another part of Michigan, but visit up there occasionally. The following is what I have been told. I am not sure if this only applies to fire and EMS or not. I would be interested if you are able to obtain further:

Radio Id’s determined thru 911 dispatch center.
- First digit = County, 3 – Emmet, 4 - Cheboygan, 5 - Charlevoix
- Second digit = Local government identifier within county
- Charlevoix county (5):
- 3 = Charlevoix City
- 7 = Beaver Island
- Last two digits = type of vehicle
- 01, 02 … = fire trucks
- 21, 22 … = rescue or first response vehicles
- A1, A2 … = Ambulance
- Examples:
- 5701, Charlevoix County, Beaver Island, Truck #1
- 57A1, Charlevoix County, Beaver Island, Ambulance 1
- 53A2, Charlevoix County, Charlevoix City, Ambulance 2

well Charlevoix County went in with 2 other counties . and set up there own radio system . that covers all 3 of the counties . and that is listed in the db here. and from my friend who is in charge of the central dispatch

for all 3 of the counties as of right now they ant looking at going to the 800 systems as of this time.
but they have got a radio for the 800 at central dispatch. so they can talk to the state msp or other depts if

they really need to
