Need some freqs ided

I was down in Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach DE this past spring with my trusty 246T and found some frequencies I can't seem to find in the database. Any help would be appreciated.

461.8000 D516

460.6000 179.9 Some kind of fire operations

464.25000 didn't get a PL but they were talking about fires and it sounded like a buff frequency

460.600 is a repeater for Rehobeth fire.

I know it's a bit of a stretch but, in the Philadephia metro area there is a buff group, "Phila Metro radio" that operates on 464.2500 PL203.5. It is a pretty good way off but most of the straight line would be over water......

Yeah I thought of that and the frequency/PL matches, but I got this on my 246T, it's not known for pulling in the long distance signals. Still it would be a pretty good catch!
