Nellis help

For those of you who are listening to Nellis on a Uniden BSD 396T what are you setting the P25 Level to? I had been using the automatic setting and some of the traffic was garbled. I have since been playing around with these setting with no luck. I am open to any imput.

Some of the radio traffic is encrypted and you will just hear voices that sound like they were recorded on tape and played back too fast, there is no way around decoding the encryption. I use a Pro-96 instead of my 396 because I seem to get clearer audio on the Pro-96 than I get with the 396 regarles of the threshold settings.
