New Albany Police

I am new to this group. I live in New Albany and have a Uniden SDS200 scanner. I have used the frequencies from radioreference.com but am not able to hear any of the channels. I wondered if the frequencies have changed or why I am not able to hear. I live inside the city limits so distance should not be an issue.

Yes... I have it programmed. I guess they are just extremely quiet. I can hear the Sheriff's office but the City Police are quiet.

Looks like someone is streaming them. You could listen to the stream and your scanner at the same time. If you only hear the stream, you know something's wrong in the scanner. Keep in mind that there's some lag in the stream. so you should hear the scanner first and then the stream.

As I'm sure you are aware, the Broadcastify Feeds only have the Fire Dispatch in New Albany / Union County.

When your scanner scans the MSWIN channels, does it show signal strength bars and a DATA symbol at the top of the screen?

I did find this page and it reflects what my scanner is doing. However, the police channel is still quiet. I hear the sherrif's office, but not the police.

Are the police dispatched by the Sheriff's Office on their channel? Note the addresses and unit numbers.

How did you find this feed? When I search, I can only find the Fire channels? Are there broadcasts that are not found in the search?
