New and dumb with a pro41 trying to get opp

I just got my hands on a pro 41 it was working fine until the batteries went on it when i replaced them it seems as if all frequencies were deleted and now i cannot reprogram it i am in wasaga beach, ontario and trying to get back on with huronia west opp
Please hellppp !!!

Programming the Pro-41

To program the Pro-41 push the manual button. You will see a channel number come up that shows which
of the ten channels you are on. To program that channel's frequency like 162.550 mhz. push 1-6-2-decimal
point-5-5-0 and then push the enter button. (There is no program button on this scanner). Repeat the process
for the other channels. Make sure the lock button is off if the keypad doesn't respond
