Stumbled across this one today
Site 1 - (no neighbors popping up)
461.3500 - CC 14 Ch 3/4
463.3000 - CC 14 Ch 1/2

Fairly confident it's going to be WRPU403, belonging to Cleveland Hill UFSD, it being a Sunday, there's no activity on it. Just something for anyone around thats bored to keep on their radar if thats your thing.

Found the 3/4 first, rest channel changed of course, so found anyone else in the area with 461.3500 and a second frequency on their license and found the 1/2 on 463.3000, so it's the most logical thing I'd think to be the source of Cleve Hill. Plus, they changed their license around a few months ago, so, again, another plausible reason why now it's coming up. Also, interesting enough, 461.3500 belongs to Kaleida Health (Buffalo General) NXDN conventional, and 463.3000 to the Fairgrounds Casino NXDN, which both are also still using it too. I'm guessing no harmful interference so they can all play in harmony?

Yeah, I get that, RR has it in their “list” too. I’m advising on new co-frequency use/new TRS that doesn’t exists in RR, using frequencies already submitted and still active that could get skipped over by others. Just gotta nail down some TG’s and verify the “owner” rather than just relying off the slightly educated suspicions I have after comparing it to the FCC DB

I was at clevhill today and seen they have SL300 radios. So one would assume they are using the DMR system listed above. Has anyone been able to find talk groups or anything on it?

Yeah that is so much on so many ways for our radio scanner help for the police plus helping them out. Plus looking into it the radio stuff should be used for the main pubic and not privercy

Really that's stupid
School Districts talking about children whose parents aren't going to be home and need to be dropped off elsewhere; Johnny needs to go to the nurse? Susan was late for class......right.....

School's are one of the places that encryption should totally be used. Judging by some people's grammar they need to go back to school and sit through 11th grade English again.

I use an XPR 7550e

Haha I agree. I was looking to monitor it because my kids go there. Also how are you able to decode the system with a xpr radio? As far as I know you can't unless you have a scanner to find out if it is encrypted or not

While I'm intrigued by TRSs in the area, I have minimal interest in this one as it's a CSD radio system. Just for the sake of the argument here, I briefly tuned it in. It's definitely active, with ZERO BP or EP observed. I found activity on TG's 100 and 103. TG 100 MIGHT be Cleve Hill Elem School, just by matching up a name of an employee. That's as far as I'm taking it. Anyone else is welcome to figure it out and submit it if they want.
