Ok im looking for the new frequency for El Centro CHP, and decided to look aroung the ULS. Found some interesting info, and a bit of a puzzle:
1. Blue 1 listed at 39.14 base at 213w erp everywhere except Black MTN Imperial. 213w is double the erp of the mountain tops CHP is running around here

2. Came across a mod for Black Mtn KRM699 adding 45.66 FB and 45.02 FB2,

anyone got any ideas?

45.66 is supposed to be the new Maroon, PL 94.8; I don't know if it will be simulcast repeated, or a vote steer system.

45.06 is supposed to be used as TAC-6, possibly no PL, or possibly 136.5, for the Border Division.

45.02 is supposed to be used as TAC-7, possibly no PL, or 136.5 for the Border Division.

45.18 is supposed to be the new Blue-2 Border channel, PL 94.8

39.14 is supposed to be the new Blue-2 Border-1 channel, PL 94.8

You may want to program these channels in now if you haven't:

All with PL 94.8

45.04 Red2, that may change to 44.98 or that may end up as a desert area Blue channel.
39.72 Gray1A
39.44 Purple1A
39.36 Green1A
45.66 Maroon1A (mentioned above)
39.8 Tan1A
39.6 Gold1A
39.4 Orange 1A

Up here in L.A. the new channels dropped their number and alpha designations and are now simply referred to as the Blue, Orange, etc.

Keep checking the FCC database because some changes to the channels may occur.
