there is nothing to prevent RS from selling the GRE scanners, they listed the Uniden 396 at full list price on their website.

RS's website is a completey different entity than there stores are. Just because it's on the website doesn't mean anything at all.

On the flip side of this, will GRE stop making the Pro-96, et al for Radio Shack? Uniden still produces RS scanners, but will GRE? Time will tell I guess.

RS can sell whatever. He was just stating that the Gre scanners will not be sold under the RS name, like how the pro96 has "radio shack" on it
