New Fed 400MHz system Fresno County?

Passing through Fresno County today, I heard a control channel on 406.2125.

System added to DB as noted below:
Unknown Gov UHF Trunking System, , California - Scanner Frequencies

Left Trunk88 monitoring the CC as long as I could hear it, but no other additional frequencies in the system were monitored. Anyone in the Fresno County (western) please monitor for additional activity.

Thanks for the tip smokeybehr. Couldn't find any good leads when I looked on the FBop website.

FCI Mendota, presently under construction, is expected to come on line during 2011. The medium security institution is located in the City of Mendota, CA, near Fresno.

It's a good guess for this system. Since 406.2125 being used at other FCC/FCI prisons trunked systems

I haven't been out to Mendota in quite a while, as the regular visit wasn't on one of my 8-5 days. For the longest time, it was a concrete cube with a big f***ing water tower sitting in the middle of nowhere.

Yea I guess that's a good possibility. I was picking it up strong near W Panoche Rd/Hwy 5 headed southbound until about Hwy 33

Drove down I-5 today and picked this system up for quite a while going southbound. When I saw the sign for Mendota I plugged it in. It was late in the evening so traffic was sparse (TG 48). CC was on 406.8125.
