new feed provider

Hello all,
I am still fairly new to being a feed provider. I have had some complaints, and noticed myself while listening to my feed that there is a loud high pitched hum in my feed. I was wondering if anyone could tell me some possible fixes for this problem as it is very aggrivating to listen to the background hum while there are no transmissions on the frequency i'm monitoring. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
