I was at mcdonals in clinton today scanning for drive through frequencies ( my signal stalker couldnt pick up anything from them from 30MHz to 930Mhz but anyway...) and my scanner stopped at this frequency: 902.5625 MHz. Its a P25 system whatever it is and the FCC general reports menu list nothing. Its some kind of police agency as they were asking for a VIN and tag to be run. I have saved it and will continue to scan it and hopefully pick up others and maybe find some control channels if this is not one itself. If anyone has any idea what this could be or any info that would be great!

Depending on your Make/Model of Scanner, it sounds like you caught an image of an 800 or UHF Freq

Sounds like a image off MSWIN, RCTRS, or CMSTRS. All three of which are active in your area.
