New talk group on Norman site

Today I heard an unknown( to me anyway) talk group. "44848"
This could be a new H.E. Bailey turnpike TG. Earlier today I heard OKC on lowband side one ask a Bailey unit if he could copy them on the Bailey "800" radio. I have also heard a fair amount of testing on TG 42064 by radio shop techs.

The I-44 expansion may be getting closer to being on the air.

It sounds as if you heard right.

There was a brief exchange of traffic on 44848 (OKC Site) following one unit calling another "on Bailey".

It sounds as if its called "B1"

44176 is "G1"
