New to site

Have a PRO96-trying to download new frequencies for Baltimore City from site, but when i click on download, it just gives an overview? Can anyone help? this is all new to me.

You didn't say which software you are using, but you should be using this database entry for your download (note that anything in blue is a link);

Baltimore City (Project 25) Trunking System, Baltimore, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies

It should say something along the lines of 'Baltimore City Project 25'

It's being widely discussed in the Maryland forum here - this is likely the best place to find help in programming, as this system has some coverage and reception issues...

Still having problems w/Baltimore city programming

Brand new to this. PRO 96 Radio Shack scanner. I was finally able to download the various areas around me without any issues except for Baltimore City. I am getting the frequencies from radio reference, using the Win96 as told to do, and they seem to download, yet all I get is broken up conversations on the scanner, not much of anything? Tried it several times. But, i can download the Baltimore County stuff and it works fine. Is there site or somewhere i can pay to get it programmed? Already over 100 bucks into software and cable just to try to do it myself.....not sure what i am doing wrong.
