New UCAN site 48 soon - where?

Heard a tech at the "new site" ask for its number and was given #48 - which is the next in line. BUT I did not hear where he was
Having some programming issues also.
Wherever it is his HT does not pick up other sites when inside the building.

Site 48 is Crawford Mtn. in Rich County. The control channel is 856.4875 alternate 857.4875.
