I am hoping someone has setup files for scanning p25 Wayne (Detroit), Oakland, Macomb and especially St.Clair counties. In particular I seem to be having trouble programming Wayne and Oakland county though. The built in MPSCS data (qky 33) in the scanner (Uniden 396xt) doesn't seem to scan properly (takes too long to cycle through), probably because it has a zillion control channels from the entire state.
I have been using freescan to program the scanner and it seems to work ok but I still don't seem to hear everything especially when I compare it to the online live feeds.
Any help please, especially the Freescan .996 files for the region would be great. In St Claire I'm also looking for the Selfridge freqs as well as any marine freqs (boat traffic, Coast Guard, Border Patrol). I think I have all of them off radio ref but you never know.
