New Windows 11 PC - DSDD+ FastLane - P25 Not Decoding

I just bought a new Windows 11 PC and had my data transferred to it. I had been running a batch file on my old Windows 10 PC for years that worked well to decode P25. Now when I run it I get no errors but get only two windows - not the normal third one with the frequencies being highlighted. I don't see any error messages and am not sure what to fix. The FMP24 windows shows the normally strong P25 control frequency with the radio tuned to it and stable. I just rebuilt one of my PC's with a clean install of Windows 11 using a backup of my original C:\DSDPlus folder for the rebuild without
any difficulties. I would question the bit mapping of -_11 on your START DSDPlus line and would suggest that you remove it and then
be sure to delete the DSDPlus.bin file before restarting your batch file.

This will reset DSDPlus to defaults and whereby you can then set desired options and parameters.
