hi there ! yeah Ill answer the question now im a firefighter thus fighting 16, 16 being my station number !
Uhm well lets see far as radio equipment I have a issued motorola V pager. In my truck I have a cobra 29 night watch cb radio turned up to 45 watts the dead key has been droped considrably. And I just aquried a motorola max trac mobile radio. I want to say its the same radios thats in all our fire apperatus at the station and I think there VHF? Im not sure I dont really know to much bout the high band mhz stuff maybe a little bit of schooling from all you radio heads will help me out here!!
