Anyone know the 411 with Newmarket dispatch? Stratham FD is dispatched thru Rock now instead of Newmarket on Seacoast. I heard that Newfields wants to do the same thing also. Is PD the same cause? I don't monitor with my Pro-106 anymore so I haven't heard anything with digital.

Stratham Police & Fire have switched to Rockingham Dispatch.

Newfields has not done so yet, and is still being dispatched by Newmarket. There are ongoing talks between Rockingham & the Town of Newfields.

Newmarket greatly increased its dispatch fee, and Rockingham offers the service for free. That is when Stratham chose to transfer its dispatch to Rock.

Wow, that's interesting information. Now I'm not trying to cut at people's throats but I've heard that Newmarket doesn't answer Newfields responding personnel to calls sometimes.

Well that's a downfall for PD on my part because I heard Newmarket stronger than Rock on my 106 and also have been able to hear Stratham and Newfields cruzier units, when all I hear on Rock is Kensington's units. Reception on Rock A and B aren't strong for my scanner.

Did Newmarket hop to another channel? 155.430 DPL 606 sounds a little odd. What happened to 155.085 on 136.5?

Stratham Fire and Police are dispatched through ROCK, as well as Newfields Police & Fire. Newmarket also lost Nottingham Fire to ROCK last year. Currently Newmarket Dispatch only covers Newmarket Police & Fire.

Stratham & Newfields Police can be monitored on ROCK-B at 155.415 with a NAC of 117.

As to your question, the new frequency and DPL quoted is correct, this is the new primary frequency that Newmarket Fire is now operating on.
