Nexedge in Williamsburg

Heard a strange noise on 463.9125 today so I came home and reasearched it. Looks like it's Nexedge licenced to AreaWide Communications Inc, out of Newport News. I noticed the signal from my signal stalker around the Carrage Rd area of Williamsburg, and sure enough there is a tower on Carrage Rd. Anyone else heard anything about this?
