KN2828 - statewide mobiles for NH DOT - 1000 mobiles at 100 watts each - includes - 453.7625 - 458.7625 - 453.7875 - 458.7875

The only other licensed users of those channels in NH are MACC on 453.7625 and 458.7625 - and Eastman Village on 453.7875 and 458.7875 - and Rockingham County Sheriff on 458.7875

Maybe NH DOT uses these channels for flagging or bridge inspections?

(also - 458.70 M is available below Line A - aka southern NH ish)

They been using those for about five years not much on them but they called them they’re I/O channels. Basically the same thing as C/C. The only time I heard a man was the last time down at Loudon when they close down the southbound lanes for the race
