NMO assembly, no cable

Does anyone have reliable source for NMO assembly sans cable? I know Motorola used to make a repair kit case that had the NMO parts but I have not see one of those in a few years. Much obliged for any leads.

Following post. Let us know how the coax install goes. Read a few post that people had trouble getting it to fit coax etc etc.
I need to add a couple to vehicle and do not need long lengths of coax. I am wanting to put the coax on mount and the crimp connector on radio end.

I've used a bunch of the pctel and laird ones with rg58 and never had any problems.
