No back light on LCD TRX-1

My fat fingers made a opps and somehow goofed up my back lighting.
It used to come on whenever a channel broke squelch but now I got nothing not on battery power or external. I do still light up when I press a button tho.
Any help? For my TRX-1

This can be set in EZ Scan or manually in the scanner.

Manually go to Menu, Program Menu, Global Settings, scroll to LModeBAT (or LModeEXT) and set to Key

In EZ Scan on the main page look for the below settings

Sounds like you were concerned about it not lighting up when the squelch broke. Right underneath where N1GAW directed you to go, put a check next to "LiteOnUnmute". Make sure that one has a check next to it. If it is not checked, it will not light up when the squelch breaks.

Ok yes thats what I wanted to get. Its kinda dark were it sits so I can't read who the transmission is coming from. Thanks
