BCD325P2/BCD996P2: No longer decodes DMR

My 325 seems to have stopped decoding DMR for whatever reason. I'm trying to listen to the school busses in my town and can't pick them up, I can get show and lock on to the signal but it will not decode it or any for that matter. Ik they haven't gone encrypted because it would show otherwise and I could hear it, It's not like P25 Phase 1 ENC. To add; I did a test between my TRX1 and my 325, the TRX1 received it just fine but the 325 didn't even peep, so it's not the reception.

Conventional. I also have it programmed as OFT. It used to work but now it's silent. I also forgot to mention I have the DMR upgrade too.

There is no way you can remove the upgrade once in the scanner. The scanner will not receive DMR at all without the upgrade. Did the color code, TGID, or slot change? Try putting the scanner in ID Search.

And I've also done that, it only does a 5 kHz step that I don't know how to change.

yes I can, both analog and p25.

You verified the DMR upgrade still shows in the radio? Try this. Remove batteries, press power button for 5 seconds. Put batteries back in and see if that worked. This is similar to a pc to make it read the bios. What antenna are you using? The TRX using the same?

Yes, I have. Also what you told me to do didn't work. I'm using a remtronix 800 antenna. And no it's not. I usually have very good reception due to how close and powerful the repeater is.

Send joebearcat a pm to see if he has any ideas. Sounds like you tried everything. Maybe go on the other side of town to see if you can pick up anything DMR.
