noise on feed

Hello guys,

Im new here so stick with me.

just set up a feed and there is a non stop noise on it I have done every thing I know to stop the noise no luck.

I have never herd a noise like this before can some one listen to it and give me a idea?

it's not a hum there is no need for a loop that I can tell listen to the feed if you can it is more like the background noise from a P25 system but it never stops.

Did we get it figured out? Always like to know what causes hums for others. I had a cheap power supply for the scanner get me today. I moved all the feed stuff to a shelf and swapped out the scanner to a mobile at the same time. Good hum. My power adapter was the problem, hooked up the hefty one for my DVD burner and the hum is gone.

Need to find an alternative since I burn discs often and would hate to take the feed down to do it
