North Central Fire - Fresno

Can anyone confirm the following frequencies in use for North Central (Fresno) Fire Protection District? Looks like they used to be dispatched jointly with Fresno City, but split off and joined Hanford.

153.6200 / 100.0 PL - NCN 1 (formerly FRN RURAL)
153.8450 / 173.8 PL - NCN 2 (formerly FRN FIRE 3)
154.8975 / 100.0 PL - NCN 3

According to FCC records, the frequencies belong to them. I hearing some traffic on the first one that kinda sounds like the dispatcher for Hanford and them (they are patched together 24/7) but it’s weak from where I’m at.
