Sometimetimes I feel all alone in this corner of the state....................LOL . Apparently i have the wrong radio. LTR and LATIE seem to be the way to go around here...... and apparently that that takes two different radios..............sheeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwt. Can't seem to pick up much in West Monroe either. I've got the freqs from the database, I think......... and the radio still stays mostly quiet with the Monroe bank cut out. Finally worked out trunking and a little bit of win95. Have tried various handheld antennas and nothing seems to work better than this small telescoping antenna i found that came with my old bearcat mobile i used while trucking..... If i can help anyone, just holler........

LATIE isn't up here yet. OPSO is on a LTR system, so yep you will need a scanner that can do LTR. If you don't have one, you can still program in the frequencies and listen, but you won't know which channel you are listening to and you will hear what sounds like a "keyup" every few seconds.

The WMPD frequencies in the database were still working last I checked. Not much goes on in west monroe, so it could easily go for 30-45 minutes without any traffic. Other times it is busy. Hard to tell when. If you want to hear interesting things just listen to monroe pd.
