SDRTrunk Not Receiving DMR

I'm havin an issue, when I checkmark a DMR channel,Im getting an error of, No tuner available-can't play channel or if if the checkmark goes green,then im getting-- sync loss bits procesed error.. only on DMR channels, when i click on a phase 1 channe it decodes and works....but the wierd thing i did have DMR working yesterday, but i delete everything in the channel, to clean it up, as im still new to this stuff...thanks

Are you seeing the DMR signal active in the spectral display and is it a strong enough signal to decode?

Have you adjusted the PPM for the tuner so that when the signal is active, it's aligned to the correct frequency.

It might help if you could post a screenshot of the channel selected and the Messages tab showing, to include the spectral display.
