Yes, they do.

For you in Blair, you will hear them on the Tekamah Tower, Dispatch on 42.48 and the cars will be on 42.28 and on the Omaha tower, dispatch will be 42.34 and cars will be 42.18.

Their in-car repeater is 465.525, which always on even if they are driving down the road.

Thanks. I didn't know if they still where or not. Will they ever go into the 800MHZ?

They have done RF Studies in the past and they have looked at VHF High Band, and 800.

If they went to 800 they would have to add more sites then if they went to VHF high band. Which would add more cost to the project.

The state also put out a Request for Information(RFI) recently so they can do a Request for Proposal(RFP) for a VHF High Band P25 Voice and Data Conventional System. So it looks like it will be in the VHF(150-172) Range.
