NWCD BCD996T Problem

I just got a Uniden BCD996T and programmed the NWCD APCO-25 system into the scanner. I set it to search id's, however it's not picking up any traffic. The only traffic it picks up is the control channel, it's not a distance issue because i live about 10 miles away from their arlington heights office.

what do you have it set up as?
It works fine on my 396T as a Moto 800mhz Type 2 Standard, Not moto P-25

Oh that's why, I had it setup as P-25
