NWS/SPC Software Search

I'm looking for the software that gives the 7 day outlook and the statement that tells you whether or not spotter coverage will be expected.

I don't know the name of it, just that it's mostly text that is updated automatically.

Is it freeware, shareware, or do you have to buy it from the NWS outright for use? Where do you go to get it?

Would agree the local forecast office's HWO product is critical to severe weather awareness.

Also, consider going to http://www.spc.noaa.gov
I get their Severe Weather Outlook daily (updated 4 times a day) for their discussion. Gives you a heads-up on the national outlook.
