just wandered what cw3 is used for. it seems to be some sort of traffic inforsment but sounds verry similar stuff to the parking inforcement devision so just wandered who actualy uses it.

Who are you? The Grammar Police? Seems everyone else in this thread seemed to understand it despite the grammar, but you. In the time you took to write out a rude reply, you probably could’ve deciphered what he was looking for and formulated an answer. This community is its own worst enemy with the constant nitpicking and jerk sentiment.

Or people can do a simple spell check. When it underlines misspelled words in red, and if you click on that red line it even gives a suggestion for the properly spelled word, I'd be hesitant to defend. But everyone gets a trophy now so.
